The 3-month investment package is for 12 appointments during a 13-week period. The extra week is added for cancellation/reschedule if needed.
***An assessment is required to determine suitability for the investment package.***
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept most debit or credit cards. I also accept Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) as payment. In some circumstances, I can accept checks but given the nature of tele-therapy, arrangements will be need to be agreed upon and made in advanced.
I don’t contract with insurance companies for the same reasons most clients choose not to involve them. Insurance companies have requirements and limitations that usually don’t benefit clients. For example, insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis that is permanently documented in your health record. They also set rules on session time and frequency, limiting your mental health treatment and care. Additionally, clients end up with the full bill more often than not even after properly completing the insurance paperwork on my end. If you would like to go through your insurance, I can provide you with documentation (superbills) for out-of-network benefits.
I request cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. I provide one waived cancellation fee. After that, if you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the session’s full rate. As a client, you have full access to the client portal to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
**If you have a package plan, you can make up the session anytime during your 13 week time frame, but you don’t need to. Package plans are non-refundable.**
